Affiliated Institutions

According to the Statutes, national demographic societies, committees, institutes and other such bodies located in Europe and having an interest in the study of the population of Europe, may seek affiliation to EAPS.
The Council of EAPS is responsible for granting affiliation. Affiliated Institutions play a major part in developing the scientific Program of EAPS e.g. by organizing, jointly with EAPS or under EAPS' auspices, scientific events like conferences, workshops and seminars, but also by signalling relevant topics of study and research to the Council. All Affiliated Institutions are entitled to be represented on the Advisory Board of EAPS.
