Prior to the start of EPC 2024 and in addition to the regular scientific programme, some rooms are available for pre-conference events and meetings.

Events in the pre-conference programme may never overlap with the regular scientific programme.

All pre-conference rooms are within a few minutes walking distance of the EPC 2024 venues.
