Poster Sessions at EPC 2026

The Poster  Sessions at EPC 2026 will be held in two venues. The morning/afternoon sessions (1, 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7) take place at Johns Hopkins University SAIS Europe (Via Beniamino Andreatta 3) which is just across the street from the Belmeloro Building where all other sessions are. The special "aperitivo" evening Poster Sessions (sessions 4 and 8) take place at the Palazzo Poggi (Via Zamboni 33) which is an easy 7 minute walk from the Belmeloro. 

Posters must be in Portrait Format and A0 size (the size of the poster board is 100 × 200 cm). Posters should be put up before the start of each poster session. Double-sided tape or adhesive putty will be provided on site. Presenters are kindly asked not to use their own adhesive materials, as these may damage the boards and complicate dismantling. It is the responsibility of the poster presenter to mount the poster before the session starts and to remove it in good time before the beginning of the next poster session. Poster presenters are expected to stand next to their poster for the entire poster session.

Morning/afternoon Poster Sessions at Johns Hopkins University SAIS Europe (sessions 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7):

• For Poster Sessions 1 and 5, presenters should set up their poster between 9:30 and 10:30 and remove it by 12:00 at the latest on the same day.
• For Poster Sessions 2 and 6, presenters should set up their poster between 12:00 and 13:00 and remove it by 14:30 on the same day.
• For Poster Sessions 3 and 7, presenters should set up their poster between 14:30 and 15:30 and remove it by 17:00 at the latest on the same day.

Evening 'Aperitivo" Poster Sessions at Palazzo Poggi (sessions 4 and 8):

• For poster sessions 4 and 8, poster presenters should set up their poster between 16:30 and 17:00 and remove it by 19:00 at the latest on the same day.

We strongly encourage all poster presenters to remove their poster immediately at the conclusion of their assigned poster session.
