EPC 2026 Exhibition

A full-scale exhibition of information that is of interest for population research is part of every European Population Conference.  

At EPC 2026 in Bologna, the exhibition booths are in the Belmeloro building (Via Beniamino Andreatta, 8, 40126 Bologna BO) which is the main venue of the conference. The exhibition is situated in a highly frequented area of Belmeloro.

Facilities

The Exhibition runs for 4 days from Wednesday until Saturday. Exhibition setup is on Wednesday 3 June (09.00 – 17.00 hrs). The stands will have to be dismantled on Saturday 6 June before or during the Closing Ceremony.

Exhibitors will receive 1 rectangular table (1.5 m), 1 chair, an A0 portrait format poster board, and a shared standard electrical connection (230V). Any additional equipment should be rented by the exhibitor at their own cost.

Exhibitors will be acknowledged as sponsor/contributor of EPC 2026 on the conference website.

Booking and Fees

A limited number of Exhibition Stands is available and will be allocated on a "first come first served" basis. For information and reservations please email the local organizers at epc2026@unibo.it

The fee for an Exhibition Stand is Euro 1000 for scientific institutions and Euro 2000 for commercial organizations.

Note that the conference registration is NOT included in the Exhibition fee: all exhibition staff should register for EPC 2026 here 

Booking of an exhibition stand will be confirmed upon receiving the payment of the exhibition fee; exhibitors will receive an invoice from EAPS.
